I'm a long time DTM member and my friend base when I first moved up here consisted solely of DTM members, but it's really gone down hill. Most of my good friends have completely disassociated, so I don't really have a reason to partake in any of their stuff now.

 

wow...that's too bad. i appreciate your info. i've not been to any of the meets/drives other than PCA, and our 6speed group and they are both great. it's nice to get a "head's up" about things. =)

I hear ya! I'm also a very old schooler DTM guy, back in the day we had a great group! They were good friends, but just about every one is gone now.....

Even back then, there were a few dumb *** kids! I got pulled over on a few DTM drives, cuz I was hanging out in the back of the pack.

Guys, & gal, my GF is gone for the weekend, anything going on today? I can't make it Sunday, I'm getting the car Dyoned.

Bring your camera and a means of hooking it up to my laptop if you can. I'm dying to see how those pictures turned out.

 

yeah I am ok thank you. The tow truck came at 4:40am to tow my 997tt to Barrier. I got home at 6am. My car is still at Barrier right now. They still need more time to look into the problem, and they might need to order some parts. I will be lucky if it can be fixed by early next week. I am thinking about driving my E63 or Lotus to the Sunday drive, but now I got a bad cold from that night, it was 40F. It was a very bad Porsche roadside assistance experience. I will try to make it if I feel better.
