Proformance FEB 28th track day (thurs)

I just got this email from Proformance -- they are having an all day lapping day on this Thursday and taking reservations...

This is just a heads up -- weather should be decent.

I will not be there... car is out of commission...

"Wipe the rust away and join us for a sunny driving day this Thursday at Pacific Raceways. We plan on running two groups, turn marshals, short lunch break and lots of driving time. Reserve early as we are expecting a sell out.

Lapping fee $260.00 additional coaching fee $125.00 (limited to 12 requests) by reservation.

Driver forms need to be updated to 2008. Email me if you need a form sent to you direct.

Looking forward to hearing from you and seeing you more this season.
Sincerely,
Donna

I guess you fond a loophole in the no moding contract with the wife. Are the boys at Gerber getting it ready for the track?

Safety mods are okay in her book... seats/harnesses/bar etc...

Now one could easily make the argument that slight suspension improvement and CF wing/splitter/air collector/mirrors are "safety" items as well...

Aerodynamic aids that add to the downforce that will keep me safer at high speeds -- legitimate argument

I'll get out there one of these days, just don't have the vacation time yet as I'm taking 2 weeks off in April for Hawaii.

The worst part is I have a free day with Proformance!

Is that rubber mounted and for sale without the rims?

Tires are mounted on the wheels right now if that is what you mean? I have them stacked in my garage. There is someone who may come by tonight or tomorrow who may be interested in both but if not, I would consider selling tires separately. pm me if you are interested.
