Having a tough time hiring experienced C/C++ Win32 software developers in this area (I hear a rumor that there might be a big Redmond-based software company in this area).

If you, or someone you know, is looking for a good job with a small, but secure, software development company, please PM or email the resume!

mitchelrl is infamous around these parts
I just gave notice to my company, 4 weeks and I'm taking a little vacation, but I'm more of a system and network engineer and weighed heavily on the sys admin function.

Shoot my buddy Len an e-mail, he may have someone fitting for you. (only recruiter I will ever work with)

Sweet! I have 18 years experience in C/C++. Will I make more than $400,000 per year?

Paul, whats the name of your company, you can shoot me a PM if you prefer!

Seth.

I actually think that I have someone in mind for you man. His company is laying people off until Clearwire makes some more orders.

He's an electrical engineer and a software engineer. One of the smartest people I know, period.

Thanks! You have my email -- send me his resume if he's interested.

Seth -- I think there might be one too many zeroes in your question to be able to answer in the affirmative ;-)

Damn, I just told my buddy to ask for $200,000 and not a penny more. Just so Seth could experience getting undercut by a minority =P

We're not doing too bad. One guy started this week, another one starting at the end of this month, and we'll put out an offer next week for another guy. I've avoided offshore-development for years, but will probably deploy 4 developers in India for the first time....
