^^ You can. Warehouse space in Kent can be had for .61/sqft, however most of the time those warehouses are 3k+ sqft in size.

if you can get something decent for .61 per square foot... you could make this fly... and I would be interested at $100 per month and I would pay extra to have my own lockable private area for wheels/tires, tools, etc..

The idea is great and I do believe that there is a market for it and at $100 per month, I do not think you will have any trouble finding 20 people to join up...

I would pay more if if you put it in Interbay...

the dilemma I am running into is that we would need 20 people to confirm they want to do this before moving forward. Hard to find 20 people without having a location set in stone. Hard to get a location without 20 people.. hmmm any thoughts on how to work around this problem?
