todd says he spotted about 11 pcars and 1 ferrari today going down 405 about 9 am. he was at work and spotted the line up going by. it was a pretty impressive site i guess!

i was a gorgeous day out! ....did we miss something? today would have been a good driving day.

i'm always ready for an event! when's the next one??

 

Hi Jody! Just got back from 11 days on the big island of Hawaii to arrive to this beautiful Seattle weather! First thing I did was take my P out for a drive! Have to leave Tuesday am for Vegas through Friday, but hopefully the weather will hold because it would be fun to get together for coffee/drive with the group before winter weather arrives. Miss seeing the group!

 

As a matter of fact it's tomorrow to Artist's Point at Mt Baker.

gretaaaaaaa! how was your trip??? well deserved, i know! i hope you had a WONDERFUL time! did you spend most of your time at the beach? did you go surfing, etc? i'm glad you're back though! we've missed you!

 

Great weather for the drive up to Mt. Baker/Mt Shucksan. Got some great pictures and if I knew how, I'd post 'em. Maybe I can get Atomic to post them.

So who were in the 11 Porsches and Fcar?

 

I talked to the owner of the Cadillac and he said the car had actually been on the track at Indianapolis although it wasn't the actual pace car. The car was like new with beautiful red leather upholstery and walnut veneer interior. It also had a fiberglass boot for the folded top and just about every option Cadillac offered at the time.

I am a big fan of that route Larry. Last year I used to try to get cars organized to go up there. It's awesome. That is actually how I stumbled upon 6speed. I had been a lurker but then I found out the group actually does stuff with there cars regularly.
