Everyday week day I drive home from work on I5 south at 7:30. And everyday there is an older red Porsche with just a black Turbo badge on the back driving along with me. I'm a Porsche noob so I really dont know what "kind" it is but I would really like to know more about it/him hahahah and I think it was yesterday when he was cruising with another red one with a licence plate holder that says "Drifters do it Sideways".............don't know if that helps. But seriously does anyone know who it is?

 

I say you follow them next time and find out! lol

I don't think he'd appreciate me following him home! I might creep him out a little hahaha i daily drive a mk2 jetta coupe, and I have a mk3 jetta glx with a two door conversion on air bag suspension in the garage!

 

....well, I have followed someone before and had a nice conversation with them when we both arrived at Slaveway lol

 

Not anyone I know off the top of my head. We have a decently sized PCA contingency on here so someone else may be able to help you out with that. I wouldn't follow anyone home. I hate it when people follow me around especially when I am near the house, not cool. Luckily, people don't really tail me too much now a days. I think they found out I was going to have Jim put a gun rack in the lotus if it kept up

Funny...well, I know that if someone chased me down, I might think twice about leading him/her home. But if you gave a smile and a thumbs up, then I might not think that way. Coincidentically, I happened to see a red Turbo exactly like you'd described not too long ago on I-5. Maybe it was the same guy.

 

Come to Exotics @ RTC this Saturday and see if you can see him. Better yet bring your garage queen with you, maybe you'll find someone special there!

Why not just wave, & generally say "Hi". Or even get a sign with your phone number.

If it is in the morning, I doubt they are headed home.

Next time, snap a pic and post it up for us. We can tell you exactly what type of car it is. maybe even down to the year.

As for meeting the particular driver, that's a total crap shoot.
