iPhone app for Forums?

Anyone know a good iPhone app that can access 6SpeedOnline, FChat etc Forums? Trying to do so via Safari is slow and not very eye-friendly.

Any ideas Vic?

Apple Sauce is infamous around these parts
Network speed has some part in the equation. Just in case you didn't know about this feature; I find that simple double finger tapping (zoom out) or single finger tapping (zoom in) will find the edges of the text on Fchat or 6speed.
However, you are correct it would be a smoother experience for the user if these chat sites built up a mobile app. If I don't misquote here, but Fchat has seen a very steady increase from mobile visitors, and iPhone being the top unit.
6 speed needs step up to the plate and update with the times

I'm actually in the process of deciding on which Mac I want to buy simply to run the developer kit...

A forum reader is on my list. For some reason the forum was the only thing that was easier to read on my old Instinct.
But the whole "everything else being infinitely better" will keep me with the iPhone even if the forum app can't be made.

That's a very useful feature that I use for reading websites. The main problem with forums is the time it takes to load the pages (even over WiFi) and accessing features to reply to messages - too easy to accidentally hit a link loading another page slowly that I didn't want!

Yeah, that point can make it frustrating, i.e. "fat fingering" on the display will hit something you didn't want to press. What I do is to zoom in close enough to the button so that there is no mistake.

I'm sure it will better in the future!

can you elaborate on what you mean by this? on my iphone, if i use one finger and double tap on a part of the screen, it will zoom in or zoom out depending on if you're already zoomed in or zoomed out. a single tap does nothing other than select what you're tapping if its a hyperlink.

LOL... Vic's iPhone is some crazy hybrid? Perhaps that's a setting that I have not found yet?

Mine is a double tap to fill the screen, though most of the time I just use the multi-touch to zoom everything to just the right size...

It depends on the application.
If you are using the browser, a double tap with a single finger will zoom in and locate the edges of a frame, if double tap again w single finger in the same place the browser will zoom out.

However, in Google maps, a double tap with single finger will continue to zoom in until maxed.
You need to use two fingers with double tap to zoom out
