Lamborghini Club
When? I've been going for a while now and I don't remember there ever being a drive/cruise afterwards.
We still have a website, but as you will notice, 99% of the events are held in Oregon where the new leadership for the club resides.

Roy or Kevin can chime in with their thoughts as well.
Yea, just come to E@RTC. We're too small of a car community to have an active "Lamborghini" club. I'm a member of the national club, but it doesn't make much sense to have a local one. We all get along, and we all like exotics. That's what bonds us.

I might also point out that this 6 Speed Northwest Forum is a club in itself. There are no dues, no officers, no news letters, just the forum. Besides the weekly cars and coffee get together every Saturday, weather permitting, we try to schedule a lunch every month (see separate thread on this subject). These are the places to put together a group for a drive/cruise activity. Announcing to one and all the intention to promote a drive somewhere will generally result in such a large turn out that the event becomes unwieldy and attracts police (Last years "Ice Cream Run" to Winthrop for example). It's best to keep the size of the group small for the enjoyment and safety of the participants.

Yea, Larry's right about size. We have this problem just trying to find places to eat after E@RTC. When we go as a large group, we have difficulty getting served at a time some expect, even if we call ahead. We also have parking lot issues. We're trying to find a location that can take a lot of people, has good food, and has adequate parking. We're open to suggestions.
As for drives, we try and keep them small so they remain safe. From what we heard the ice cream run got very dangerous because of the size. We think it's great when groups organize and go somewhere after E@RTC, but it's best if they kept small.

It should be pointed out that if someone is interested in participating in a planned in advance tour/drive they would be best served by joining a "real" car club such as the local region of the PCA or BMW CCA.
These people put on good tours/drives albeit they become more parades than drives, and include strict rules of behavior and liability waivers.
