Panamera as daily driver

Just checking in to see how many of you are using the Panamera as a daily driver. I tried to drive my Bentley CGT daily, but since I don't live in Miami or Beverly Hills, it got much more unwanted attention than I would have liked. The Panamera is not percieved to be as expensive a car as the Bentley (even though I bought my Bentley used and the Pana I'm after is 1.5x what I paid for the BCGT), so I'm wondering how you guys like using the car on a day-to-day basis. It's a pricey car, so I wouldn't be surprised if most use it as a "weekend toy" but I'd really like to hear from the daily folks.

I drive mine everyday, everywhere. My thoughts are that the Panny is meant to be the DD while the 911s, Boxsters & Caymans are more for weekend driving (even though my 911 was my DD).

Yes, it does get attention, but nothing negative. I haven't met one person yet that got on my nerves because they were curious about the car. It's been All Good

And talk about a great car to be abler to drive everyday!

I use it as a DD as well. Took delivery the 2nd week of January and, living in the Northeast, it pretty much stayed parked for 6 weeks while all the snow was coming in.

Since then I've put 3k miles on it in everyday use. I pick up the kids from practice, go to the store, do everything with it.

I am very careful where I park because of the width, and I have to admit I don't drive it in the rain.

But I do have a slick Recaro booster seat for my 3yd old and she loves it.

Turbo out everyday, unless the weather is really good, then the bike gets the call.

definitely daily driver - amazingly fun while practical. I drive mine w/one baby seat in the back and the other seat folded w/my road bike in the back.

DD for sure!!!!

I dont have a panamera yet but I DD my C2S PDK, and have tested the Pan S, which will be my ladies car. I don't see any reason at all not to drive it daily. Its super comfy and not flashy at all. I think it will start to be as similar as see someone is a 7 series or S class. You know they are nice and expensive but they dont seem to draw to much attention

Maybe in you neck of the woods, but it catches a hell of a lot of attention here in Cali..

I didn't think it would, but it get's way more attention than my modded 997tt. I was really surprised. Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, or even Newport Beach for that matter. This car gets way too much attention. I guess it's because not too many of them running around yet.. Of course with an emphasis on YET...

The car attracts attention because it is a brand new model and most people have not heard of a four door Porsche. This car is absolutely a daily driver and has been rock solid for me.

I live in clearwater FL

not exactly BH or hollywood, but there is not much car culture here. It might have something to do with the avg age of the population being a bit up there. You do see lots of Bentleys and tons of S class Mercs so I can only assume these will eventually be pretty common as well.
