Got increasingly worse, and I'd hear it even over slight bumps at low to medium speeds. I decided to remove the door panel to see what was loose inside. After some troubleshooting (read hitting the now naked door and removed door panel to induce the rattle), I found out that the power window switch assembly was loose, and wouldn't clip solidly to the door panel anymore. I installed the loop side of some industrial-grade velcro in thin strips on both long sides of the switch opening, and now the switch has something a little meatier to grab onto when placed back in the hole. Not sure if it's clipping solidly, but it's not moving and there definitely no rattle. Buttoned everything up, and now quiet as a church mouse. I'm very happy with the result, and the irritation is gone!
Congrats! Will keep an eye on this for mine. Mine is still rattling around the base of the passenger side front pillar.or deep inside the dash in that area around 70mph. Still not cracked it unfortunately
