Exhaust tips and spacers for v6 Panamera
Exhaust tips and spacers for v6 Panamera
I just picked up a new v6 Panamera and want to change the exhaust tips and install rear wheel spacers. I have the 20" Turbo ii wheels. Any recommendations?
So I take it no one has change out the ugly tips on the V6 Panarama? Surprised. Looks like I am going to need to take a ride to the muffler shop. The tips are one piece with the muffler and will have to be cut off and welded. Unlike the S and Turbo where they are clamped on. I also noticed when I was studying the muffler that there are two outlets and one of the holes are plugged. Does anyone know why this is? Does the V6 share mufflers with the V8 and plug one of the holes with the V6?
I got the RSS 15mm spacers for the front and rear 20in turbo II wheels. Hope this info helps.
No rubs, no problem.
Interesting info on the standard V6 mufflers though. Good luck and let us know what you end up doing with it.

Anyone have any more thoughts here? I just ordered my H&R springs and I think I am going with 14mm rear/7mm front spacers on my 20" Turbo II wheels. Dave at Wheel Enhancement said this would be the best fit. Still trying to figure out what I am going to do with my exhaust? I haven't found anything that will give the V6 a good sound so I am looking to possibly just keep it quiet and put on some new tips if I can find anything that works.
I have the same wheels on my Panamera S, I got 15mm on the rear which is perfect, and 7mm on the front but it just doesn't looks right, and re-order a set of 15mm for the front, now is perfect.
Interesting. Never heard of putting 15mm up front. Do you have any photos? Did you lower the car? What looked funny with the 7mm?
I have lower with H&R spring which lower 30mm / 35mm which looks very good, but I think 20mm is the best fit, but H&R is the only spring on the market. Now I drive through speed humps with extra cautions !!!
15mm spacer in front is no problem at all, don't get the 7mm you won't notice it.
Here is a picture with H&R spring and 7mm in front

I would also suggest RSS spacers which we typically have in stock.
Let me know if we can help you out.
We have the Panamera Sport tips listed on our website here:

Also FYI, I tailor made me some 16mm spacers with my 20" Spyder Wheels, they are fitting fine, and I suspect 17mm would also fit, here's a few photos
Hey Wnshie
Have you had any problems with your exhaust since you had it done? I'm thinking about doing this too.

rzundel, I'm not sure if V8 and V6 share mufflers, but the muffler shop I went to opened the plugged holes and welded me Panny two extra oulets, result? Now my Panny roars!

Two of my mates, both got Panamera 4S, one got the Porsche Sport Exhaust package, the other one got the Eisenmann Exhaust package...
so Problem? ... Only one...
They both out roar my panny!
Luckily, this is way cheaper than their options, I can still live with that.
Seriously, I think this only does more good than harm, you definitely get more torque from high rev...
