First thanks to all on this forum for their suggestions on what to option on the GTS. This is the build it looks like I will be going for, have I missed anything? I would say skip Lane Departure Warning. Sounds good on paper, it gets irritating after awhile and you'll eventually leave it off. Carbon should be standard on the GTS hence it's not an option. Are you planning to track the car? If so, get PDCC w/PTV. It reduces body roll drastically.

I got a great deal on a 2010 4S; the dealer just happened to have one late July 2011, with my "must have" options and $20k off!

Of course much if not all boils down to personal preference, but my "must haves" were:

V8

Burmester. That was number one on my list. You don't have it. I take it you're not a stereo/music nut? Because if you are, either pay more or dump some of the esthetic stuff that you won't even know is there while you're driving.

Thermal glass

Adaptive Cruise

Heated steering wheel (multifunction)

Park assist with camera

Of course if money were no object, you'd get EVERY option. I like all your other choices btw, except for the Bose stereo. You asked, I told you my ESSENTIAL options.

I LOVE MY CAR!!!

If I could want for anything...and this is being REAL picky...I'd add the higher-end seats (mine are standard), air suspension (for raising ride height in snow and on dirt roads), and clearbra.

entry and drive is a MUST for me. when I ordered my GTS with that interior it was not a problem?? I would make sure about that.

I ended up getting a PTTS but the GTS order was a done deal.

good luck!!

PDCC absolutely transforms the car. An absolute must for the GTS IMO.

if you want the 40/20/40 rear seat split - which is darn handy as you can have 2 people and still fold down the centre for long stuff on a trip - you need to order the ski bag option.
