car lowered itself while parked for about a week

I recently bought the 2010 turbo, the weather here got really cold and road condition isn't good, so i parked the turbo in the garage with the charger, today i noticed the driver front side of the car lowered to the minimum level like if i have pressed the PASM to sport plus setting…. but all other three pretty much normal height, it doesn't look normal, is it normal??

i started the car and it leveled itself with no warning on the dash..

Mine does the driver side sometimes, and it does level off eventually without no warning. You REALLY have to look closely to notice the unevenness.

Let's see what others say.

I have a 2014 GTS when I park the car it lowers itself. However, I've never paid much attention to if it's only the driver's side or not. I'll have to check it next time to see. But at least this helped me stop wondering what the car was doing every time I parked it.

You've got a leak in the air suspension... probably one of the struts. I had this, it will get worse over time and eventually you'll have to have one or two struts replaced. Worth getting the system tested for leaks. When it gets worse the air pump will be running all the time which will reduce its life. PS. These struts are almost consumable items, well known issue.

My 2014 GTS does that as well...after a while it "settles" and lowers itself. I've only seen it once so I'm not sure under what circumstances it does this and for the most part I have my car set to the lowest suspension setting 98% of the time. I don't think it's a leak of any sort..seems more like something the car naturally does after a while.

The suspension automatically drops very slightly (auto-levelling) once the doors are locked, but if you're getting progressive drop over time you def. have a leak. After I'd had the faulty strut replaced we went on holiday for couple of weeks, when I got back it was at the same height it was when we'd left.

Is there any way of know if its 'normal' lowering or if there is a leak? Everytime I lock my car, the entire rear end lowers a noticeable amount.

My warranty is expiring within a 2 months, so I don't have time to wait it out till it gets worse and see...

The whirring and controlled drop when you lock the car is perfectly normal, it's just the levelling / pressure system 'relaxing'. What you want to look for is the car dropping down to its suspension stops over a few days parked (or worse still one side dropping).
