after you get it back. Let me know if the car seems slightly slower after the reflash. Just seems that my car a little slower ( very small hardly noticable ) after I got it back from re-flash. Maybe just a coincidence.

If you have a iPhone, it may have something to do with it. Turn off your Bluetooth and see if it stops.

Glad to see I'm not the only one! I've had this rebooting problem for a few months now...dealer is far away so waiting for my next service. Weirdly enough the problem goes away after about 20 minutes on longer drives.

What years / makes of cars are having this issue.

I have a 2013 Cayenne GTS with PCM and Burmester.

The PCM does not shutdown, but I have lost sound on 2 occasions. The first was just NAV. the last time it was all sound (phone, nav, all audio sources).

If I turn the car off and let it sit for 15 mins or so the system appears to reset and all is good.

The issue is part of an update that Sirius/XM did to Porsche, and messed up the software, they are well aware of the problem and is very simple to fix.

Dealer will fix it.

This just started happening to my 2014 Panamera Turbo. Does anyone know if there is a TSB for this issue?

I don't know what TSB stands for but Porsche can update the software in the PCM which fixed the problem for me.

I Just posted this in another thread... Please read:

ATTENTION TO ALL!!
Talked to my dealership multiple time about PCM reboot that started yesterday evening.
Bob in Louisville (Nice guy in service) stated "XM Sat Radio put out an update that is causing ALL Porsche cars with PCM to have this reboot ever 2 min"!! I won't bore you with to many detail, but from what I know about how XM sends updates, I believe it!!!
My indi shop in Lex KY is also getting lots of calls... THIS IS GOING TO BE A MESS!! Cut off your XM antennas before it's to late!!! JUST JOKING .....
BTW.. My first post.... and I just got my first Panamera this month (2012 4S with 55k miles)... Best car ever made so far!! (if I can keep XM out of my system )...

Good luck to all!!!
