Pulled the trigger on a 2014 PTTS

So I finally pulled the trigger on a new black/black 2014 PTTS I am getting 20% off MSRP with transport from California to Michigan paid as well. There are some great deals out there on the left over 2014 PTTS and PTTSs'. If anyone wants any information on what I found out there just let me know.

I just did the same thing for about the same discount. Traded in my 2013 911 4S. Loving it so far!!

Congrats!!

Since you own a PTTS can you tell me where the extra 50hp comes from? I always assumed it was b/c the PTTS had bigger turbo's but the whole time I was wrong. They both have the same turbos.

Suspension, wheels, and tune should be the first items on everybody's list.

The Pan Turbo S achieves the extra 50 HP per below (right out of the brochure):

Of lightweight construction, it is based on the engine of the Panamera Turbo. Due to its increased performance, it uses newly designed aluminum alloy with increased heat resistance and optimized piston rings. Stronger piston spray nozzles provide increased cooling for the piston heads. The maximum injection pressure of the direct fuel injection (DFI) has been increased by 290 psi to 2030 psi, for even better mixture control, whilst the throttle response has been optimized for a more spontaneous engine response. The integrated dry sump lubrication ensures a reliable supply of oil even when driving in a very sporty style. The two turbochargers arranged in parallel have a larger, more powerful compressor in the Panamera Turbo S. Two intercoolers right and left in the front air intake – one for each turbocharger –are responsible for cooling the air compressed by the turbos.

All done through ecu programming alone now. Turbo, intercooler, exhaust h/w all the same as the Turbo. If you can live without the S badge the Panamera Turbo's with ecu tweak is an even better deal as both can be spec'd the same.

The Porsche web site states it as Oscar8 said above. I don't think they could state this if it wasn't true.
