These couple days with cold temperature, the click noise is coming back again. So annoying. The noise is on and off when stop and go also when sharp turn, seems like it's from the right front...Sigh

I'm still having issues - its seems to start when the temp drops below -4 C. I emailed an independent Porsche shop in the Toronto area and they referred me back to a dealership. I've debated to take it back and see if they can really sort it out but I don't want to put potentially a big sum for a problem that is only occurring 4 months out the year. I'm probably going to keep it for one more winter and then get rid off it. Probably the new Panamera 4 Hybrid.

Totally sucks but I'm cutting my losses on this one.

I am thinking is the bushing from the control arms or sway bar but it was change 10000 mile ago.

I suspect air suspension, from those rubber things because I had exactly the same issue on Audi with this type suspension, when temperature drops bellow 0 C. And after driving for a while in the city through these road bumps that noise goes away, disappears. Now same same scenario with Panamera.

I don't think it's the air suspension. I have a similar clunking noise when the steering wheel is turned all the way (like when backing out of my garage or pulling out of a parking space) and moving. It only happens when the temp is below around 40 F or less. Higher than that and I don't hear a thing.

Then in your case is different problem, I don't have any clunking when steering wheel is turned all the way. I suspect that you have to look at lower/upper arms.

Perhaps, but like I said the sound only happens on cold days which, to me, is more indicative of a bushing type issue - namely being more rigid on colder days. Upper/lower arm problem sounds would be more consistent in nature, no?

I fully agree with YOU ! plus I would take into consideration sway bar bushings !
...but....
i brought my car to dealer and .... (I have to admit i was shocked) he has decided to change front shock absorbers including air part and free of charge, I mean under warranty .. x
will see into what it will turn out, but I can't hold my astonishment !
P.S. parts will be changed: 2, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 17.

Took my car to the dealer yesterday due to PSM failure and i also mention about the click noise. Dear stating the lower driver side control arm was bad and cause the click noise when making turn or stop and go. They replace or free due to it was change last year and realignment the car. The car drives solid again...

actually it is more about squeak when going over stop bumpers, not about 'click noise' . if it would be click noise I would point myself straight away to one of control arms, top/bottom ... but situation we were talking is a 'bit' ,.... '''' bit bit ''' different and at the end that makes huge difference in outcom and solving the situation.
P.s. I hope that I have managed to put my thoughts in sequence, sorry for mistakes, English is not my main language ... .....
