Looking at a local Pana Turbo and it seems odd that it has a GTS-style nose on it. I'm not sure whether the dealer will know if this was later fitted, but I was curious if anyone has ever seen a Turbo from that model year ('13) with the same year GTS nose. Curious if it could have been ordered this way. Certainly the only one I have ever seen.
For build sheets any Porsche dealer should be able to easily obtain one for you.
If it’s not at a Porsche dealer, there are online vin decoders that will give you some of the answers. Even if it’s not a Porsche dealer they should be able to get the information from Porsche dealer for you.
If you’re considering a Panamera Turbo you want to find out if it has PTV, PASM, PDDC systems and if not Id make sure the price is a steal, and it has ALL the other options you want. Those active handling systems are what make the car special.

so, i assume not all Turbos come with PDCC. i'm looking at a TurboS that does have it, but it's not listed on the build sheet for that car or for the Turbo I'm looking at. Was this a package option or does it have a order number of it's own? I also see EDTC listed, but I don't see PTV listed for either. these acronyms drive me nuts. those 2 are not the same thing, are they?
PowerKit( though the recall eliminates the Ti quick spooling turbos)
PTV
and all of tree active handling, active roll bar, adaptive air ride etc as standard.
PTV+, PDCC. PASM
Adaptative headlamps
Not sure what EDTC is.
Extra Still is:
Carbon Ceramic
Adpative seats
Burmester
Adaptice cruise
Lane assist
....etc
This is my understanding
