Panamera front passenger side door window switch question
I'm scratching my head on this and just realizing...there's a square hole below the front passenger window switch. Is this normal?! ...or am I missing something here If it is normal, I'm having a wtf moment
Seen some google images but it was too dark or far of an image to see.

should be a small pocket, felt lined, if you can't feel the bottom with your fingers you are missing something.

Hmm, definitely something is missing. Unless I have very short fingers , it's definitely bottomless. I will check to see if it fell in or out. I'll try to get a closer pic of it. Thanks all!

That hole is for cigars. You can put 4 cigars into it to fit perfect, and can get them out without issue, then use the lighter for a good time with your boss.
Another use - put your airpods in case into the hole, but be prepared to have them stuck there for eternity. Airpods seem to be perfect fit for that hole, ensuring one cannot get them out.
Other than that, the hole is useless. To me looks like the switch on passenger side is smaller due to having a filler plate added to existing switches that were already part of different car (cayenne/911).
Curiously, I just today, took off the driver side door panel. Expected to take 2-4 hours but took me total 30 minutes to take panel off, replace master switch (story later), and put it all back in place. Was very surprised.
Maybe can have diy for it if there is a need.

Holds cigars you say? My fingers aren't that long definitely. If so, maybe there is a bottom. Just could've sworn I saw a panel tab/clip deep down in there. Haven't had to chance to completely check it out, been busy with work. If it is a felt-type pocket, I'm just hoping it fell through the bottom. I can easily fix that and remove the door panel via those vids

It's so they can produce the same doors & trim for both LHD & RHD cars, the tiny useless storage tray is where the other switches on your driver's door go.
