Yep, imo, piwis is best. I have one of the piwis 2 units. Love it for all my work.

I don't know exactly. Got mine from a member on here. There are online places for buying this stuff too. I had a chance to get actual dealer unit so got that.
I would create a thread about wanting it. Surely, someone selling or will give you advice on where to get it for good price.
