Ok I now have a year and 10k miles in and I'm enjoying this car just as much today as the first day I got it. Outside of the fuel pump that went out the day I got it, the only thing I've had to do outside of changing of the fluids is that I'm getting ready to order new brake pads cause the light just popped on and I changed the wheels......
Looks good - almost exactly like mine except the wheel color.
I'm 18 months in myself and I keep going back and forth between keeping it and selling it. I have logged 8500 miles over the 18 months - mostly on longer road trips. The car is great for long trips - no doubt. I just cringe sometimes when I think about how much $ I have tied up in cars in general, but just in 18 months this one has had some big depreciation so also not sure I'd want to take that hit on this part of the curve either. I'm at 33K miles total - 2013 S. And interestingly enough my previous sedan was a E39 M5.
The Panny looks good! What are you doing with the e39 there?
Thanks, that e39 is my baby...I've had this one since 2007 and it's been heavily modified stereo wise. I rebuilt the top portion of the dash to fit 6.5" Focal mids and tweeters in the a pillar, and rebuilt the front doors to house 8" midbass speakers. That was back in 14'-15' and now she's in a state of rebuild now....it never ends!!
Wow I thought I didn't drive many miles....33k on a 13' man that's cherry!!!
Too many cars! I also have a 3 year old 2016 Camaro SS convertible with 12K miles that I bought new.
In fairness I didn't have the Pany the first 5 years - the original owner only logged 5K / year so clearly wasn't a daily. And it is completely cherry.

As an e39 head looking for another one soon, I applaud you!!!
