Just curious... why do you think you need to increase the size of your intercoolers? Are there plans for larger turbos, down pipes and a slew of other parts that will raise the intake charge temp? When I used to follow the RS7 forums... now those guys are nuts for huge HP numbers and there were a number of different vendors who made larger intercoolers. Just my 2-cents.

car already has catless down pipes, exhaust, AP 3” y pipe GT3 TB and a tune. I am adding meth injection soon, and was also thinking about upgrading the turbos but want to figure out the intercooler piece so maybe I can do complete custom intercooler piping to really get the most out of the turbos. I think the chemical cooling effect of the meth will help out with the small intercoolers that came equipped but it’s depressing how little after market support is for these vehicles. To custom fab intercoolers out of garret cores will be expensive and hard to find a talented fab guy willing to take on the job.
If you look at some of the tuners upgrade packages, even with larger turbos they don’t upgrade the Intercoolers, so it may not be required. I would talk to reputable tuners.
Not much room to increase the size of OEM twin intercoolers. If you are looking for faster "cool down" in heavy traffic or even sequential drag racing, then consider exhaust fans for the oem intercoolers. Exhaust fans do very little in normal driving with low/zero boost.
Consider adding a third intercooler horizontally across the center grill. This would require some creative plumbing, but the intercooler itself should be easy to find.

I don’t use the IPD plenum, imo it doesn’t upgrade the most critical part, the small 2.25 expandable rubber hose. I have the AP 3” y pipe. I think they are out of production but fabspeed makes one of similar design.

I've been looking as well and surprised there are none. I'm assuming between the general lack of need (most Panamera turbo owners don't mod heavily) and the difficulty (existing SMIC and factory air box) to the number of sales, not many shops have been wanting to do it for the relatively low returns. One thing I'm also surprised I don't hear much about in these circles are water to air intercoolers as a potential route. I haven't bothered measuring temp in/out yet on the factory SMIC to determine how efficient the existing system is and how inefficient it gets both with the additional load of the mods. Maybe it just isn't worth it. I was planning to start there and then look at the options, but I'm not there yet.
When you are talking about custom cores, are you referring to true cores where you need to weld on your own end tanks? I know in other cars where FMIC were common or had limited choices finding another core with end tanks that routed correctly took a lot of challenge out of getting someone to weld the aluminium tanks on. Then you only needed to fab pipes which any decent fab shop could do. Still a lot of work compared to an already engineered kit, but better than starting with a true core.
I don't think there is getting around custom just yet, but Maybe at these cars get older (and cheaper), and more people mod them more heavily we'll get kits.

in hoping meth will cool it down enough to make a difference. I was talking about true Cores with custom end tanks I had not considered pre fabed blank end tanks but good point I will look into it. Worst comes to worst sell the panny and get a 991 turbo.

One of the debates I've had to. I love my Panny, but the $$ to upgrade there are other platforms, even other Porsche platforms where I could get better performance. There is just so much weight to move. The v8 makes easy power but you'll always be fighting the lower number of off the shelf mods and the price. Not trying to talk you out of it, just had a similar debate. But one of the reasons I haven't taken too many plunges yet with power mods.
Let me know what you find out, I'm definitely curious. I'm mostly focused on how to get it faster at the track so I'm on brakes and suspension ATM. I already have traction problems in 2nd and 3rd gear under full load with the mods I have, so I'm not in a big rush yet to add more power. But I'll wind up at the drag strip soon and that will change LOL.
