I'm in the market of a lip kit but i seen that the pan tt have a different front bumper. What do u guys
suggest. Also what's the difference on a tt and just a pan? I heard the gts is sportier looking.

If I'm not mistaken, I don't think it's necessarily made for the GTS. I believe it's the Sport Design bumper for the 970.1...and yes, I like them alot also.

 

The standard Panamera (970) and the 4, 4S have one bumper, the GTS has another (which is pretty much, if not exactly the same as the Porsche Design bumper) and then the Turbo I believe has yet another bumper which is similar to but not exactly the same as the GTS/Sports Design bumper. I upgraded my 4S to the Sports Design bumper and I love it.

 

Are you talking about the front or rear bumper? The only bumper upgrade I can find is the “Sport Design Rear Apron”. Is this the one?

i guess there is really no lip/splitter for the turbo cars huh? im not willing to spend the money on a full bumper replacement.

 

No, there is a Porsche design bumper available from Porsche that includes the rear valance, there is also another option which also includes the rocker panels. I bought the front bumper/rear valance item, it believe it was around $3500.00 but it was awhile ago so not sure on that price.

 

Found it. Called the Sport Design Package. Front bumper and rear valence. That package (front and rear) only available for G1 (970.1). Does not seem to be an option for 970.2 (what I have). Is a $5K (Canadian) add-on option! Presumably paint and install would be extra too!

Yes, paint and install definitely extra. I replaced my stock pieces when I was having the bumper replaced anyway due to an unfortunate disagreement with a parking space concrete tire stop that had a piece of rebar sticking up just high enough that the bumper lip went over it but caught it when I pulled out and ripped the side of the bumper away from the car😡. I only paid the difference between the stock bumper and the Sports Design bumper, everything else was covered by my insurance.
