You betcha... Of course I have to get us out of Rockville but I have the logistics on that worked out already... The route is set and with some very challenging roads... Pretty much like the December Drive & Dine that I organized...

I hope to do one a month thru the fall... The starting point will more than likely vary for each event to give us a new tour each time... Tour length on this Drive & Dine is about 90 minutes... That's about the max without a break... Will be doing a 2.5-3 hours tour in June and that one will have a pitstop planned along the way...

Hi Bull (was good to see you at the dealership)
I'll stop by to say hi, but might pass on the drive.

I'll be at the meet this Sunday, 4/22... I'll be running the tour route for May 6 after the meet and fine tuning it a little and ending at the Green Turtle for lunch in Germantown... You're all welcome to join in if you like...

"The Hokie Inspiration Fun Run" - In Virginia Tech's Name We Ride!!!

We're all aware of the incident at Virginia Tech. It has affected everyone including people within our own Porsche community. Our hearts go out to those affected.

To honor Virginia Tech and its continued school pride, we are dedicating the May 6th, 2007 Porsche Fun Run to the "Hokies" as a sign of solidarity and remembrance.

Our goal is to demonstrate that a single act of malice can not break our spirit but rather bond us as one.

We ask event participants to wear Virginia Tech colors (Maroon & Orange) or to show any creative display of VA Tech support.

In Virginia Tech’s name we ride."

"For those wanting to contribute more than their heart, money can be donated to the "Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund" sponsored by VA Tech at the URL below."

http://www.vt.edu/tragedy/memorial_fund.php

I'd like to thank Kevin "PORSCHE_DRIVING_CLUB" for the "Hokie" Inspriration... His thoughtfulness and contributions are greatly appreciated... Let's show our support and make "The Hokie Inspiration Fun Run" an event to remember...
