Iron Gate Motor Condos is a purpose built development for car lovers 20 minutes from O'Hare and one hour from downtown Chicago. I recently purchase a 20x45 unit with a loft for a fraction of what a bigger home would cost. In that space I can fit four on the floor or 5-6 with individual storage lifts in the back row.

If anyone in or around Chicago is in need of space then I highly recommend it!

Last post was April, you'd think there'd have been some progress on this by now.

 

I love the enthusiasm boys! I got busy with work and family which delayed the internal build out. Drywall is going in early next week. Inside, we built a nice kitchen full as well as a full bathroom with shower. Very excited and hope to move in by October 1st!
