My car Vs 991.2 TT-S w/ catless exhaust, tune and intake
I will dyno but not sure if I feel like dealing with the headache of posting it here.
Say Bauer is making around 450 wheel and could push that to 470-480 with a 5 bar and good gas seems reasonable to me. Some of the above assumptions seem optimistic based on dyno numbers I've seen people post through the last 5 years here. I know my 18G billets are only supposed to flow 43 lb/min so I don't think the 16's flow that much.

you can't compare turbos from 5-10 years ago to stuff today. Tech has come so far it's crazy. Even a billet wheel to billet wheel of the same size. One from today very well may flow 5-10% more air than the old design billet wheel from 5 years ago.
I'm talking with what currently availbe produced today.
I'd guess you're getting 15-20 hp from the intake mods, certainly there is even more benefit lower in the power range that helps the car pick up faster that would be really noticeable. That's pretty good for intake mods though, HP is hard to come by without using tons of boost or porting out heads with cams and stuff like that.
Bernard I'm again talking turbocharger flow. New gen billet 16g from blouch is a 41lb wheel.

The filters on turbos made the biggest "feel of pants" difference on my car to date. The difference felt ridiculous.
Here is another example of turbo tech coming a long ways. Here is the 71hta comp wheel.
the inducer is .7mm larger than an 18g and 1.3mm smaller than a 20g with the same exducer size as both. It flows 51lb.

billet to billet it can be hard to say as it harder to find maps for everything.
I agree, I think dyno would just get people arguing more. Unless it was a known dyno where some other cars have posted up numbers to compare.
I'd rather see some 60-130 vbox numbers. To compare with the other 60-130's listed on here. Even that would probably not be argument free but it'd be cool to see some solid 60-130's from your setup.

No ones arguing you said you can make 530awhp on stock k16. So we all wanted to see it. 60-130 will be around the 9s with stock turbos on a tune.
Take a video with the speedo of you flooring it then we can tell better.

Does anyone near BauerR have a vbox they could lend him? I think seeing a couple (2-3) consistent vbox runs would really be a great barometer here. Honestly, I believe that would really be the best bet.
Lol level of mods? You have intercoolers, y pipe, TB and plenum. Those mods make a tad of hp if any on those stock k16s.
