Upgrading the speakers.

Hi all. My Panamera came with standard audio system which was awful. I change it to Helix V8 DSP amp and Focal amp for the Audison 400 W sub in the trunk. The setup and sub is fantastic but I think the existing dash and door speakers are not really good enough.
Any one has any recommendations and also instructions how to remove the dash speakers cover to change it. The door are more complicated I think. I will try the dash speakers first if it is easier to do.
Thanks

LGARCIA will become famous soon enough
I have not tried doing this but I’m interested in your results!
Getting to the door speakers will require for you to remove the door panels, you’ll find step by step instructions in Youtube. You can also add sound dampening to the door panel while you work on the speakers.

I can tell you that the door removal is not complicated at all, there's a how to around here that shows how to do it. I'll also be doing a speaker upgrade soon in the Panny.

Hi all,
dors anyone knows that middle speaker ( midrange $ on front doors can be accessed by just removing the cover trim? So maybe no need to remove the door panel?

Pulling the panel is an easy way to ensure you don't break anything. My suggestion

You may want to pull your subwoofer and apply some sound deadening material to the plastic. That is of course if it's similar to the Bose unit. Alternative is also to consider a custom sub/amplifier...but I'd try the sound deadening first.

To change the midrange speaker on middle of the front doors , is from behind panel or from trim outside. I saw this picture in the internet.
i don’t want to change The woofer on buttom of the door.
