Dallas performance tuning options

Hi all,

I recently purchased a 2008 Aston v8v roadster and am looking to make some modifications. I know there is no one in Dallas that specializes in Aston but any thoughts on some of the local tuning shops who do good work with other foreign exotics?

thanks!

Hi,

You might know these guys already but if not check them out. They work on exotics (mainly Ferrari/Lambo/Porsche) but do have some Ashtons in inventory so might worth checking them out.

Good luck!

+1 on RAC in terms of mods and service. If just service, I've heard good things about Auto Hans on Addison Road near the airport. Not sure either does work on british cars.

I'll recommend Autoscope Dallas. They tuned my 2010 AMV8 and I'm very happy with the results.

I went with Autoscope in Dallas for the mods. I am installing RSC cats and the air filter along with the Eurocharge tune next week. (Reccomendation on the tune courtesy of 007Vantage!). Will let you know how my experience goes.

Glad to see Autoscope took care of you (spoke with you through emails). I want to see what that Eurocharge tune does, I don't believe there is a DFW car with one yet.

I have the Eurocharge tune on my 2010 AMV8, and worked through Autoscope.

Results are pretty impressive. Didn't do a post-tune dyno, but car feels quicker, more powerful and shifting is better (I'd do the tune for shifting alone). I'd highly recommend it, and I'm sure they'll back it up if you're not pleased.

Nice, I didn't realize a DFW car had one yet - much less a 4.7. I have a 4.7 as well with a few goodies installed, thanks to Autoscope also. I'd like to check it out some time.
