3 year old car with no miles
I am considering a car that has literally no miles on it (200 miles) and it is three years old. I know it's weird but I have verified that some guy just bought it and kept it in his warehouse and forgot about it. Knowing all of the bad things that happen to cars that are not driven, my question is whether or not there is any way I can really thoroughly evaluate the car to assess how much damage has occurred? Appreciate any thoughts you might have.
So it literally has... 200 miles on it?
Have him drive it to nearest PCar dealership and pay to check it out. Let him know if it passes, you'll pay for check up and consider that part of your cost.

That car is newer so you will have fewer problems than cars manufactured 20+ years ago that were never driven. If the car has not moved, pretty good chance that the tires have flat spotted and might cause a vibration.
