"shocking opportunity"
Okay all....what to do here?
Just back from yearly service and getting ready for winter driving, looks like a couple of little things suggested but apparently rear shocks need replacing as well as the Sottozeros at all four corners.
Is there anything that I should have done at the same time (apart from 4 wheel alignment)? Any suggestions about OEM vs. other shock setups?
Car is a 997.1, '09. I have had it a little over 4 years and it's a year-round DD, ~67,000 km (almost all put on by me), DSC module, exhaust and tune. Track time limited to 1-2 DE days per year. Roads around here are not too bad....I can avoid the dirt tracks and most potholes, but do need to cope with winter driving conditions.
Thanks in advance.

that sounds awfully excessive for a primarily street driven car.

think your daily driver car. most shocks on a everyday passenger car are gone at 50k miles. with a performance shock it sees harder duty and typically won't last as long. time affects shocks as well as mileage
