the car is a beast but as with all things we all want more...
thursday I'm expected to install the Tubi Race version exhaust, hoping it will not be to obnoxious, and the giac tune along with their air filter from champion porsche.
Next on deck will be a tech art sport steering wheel and on double deck HRE 101 center locks.
Of course if champion releases their intercoolers in order to get a more aggressive tune that will be moved to the front of the line. I will keep all posted.

I have two questions if you would.

I live in Ann Arbor and I am preparing to order a 991 TT. I am interested in the dealer in Birmingham and wonder if you bought from them and if so what your impression was. Would you recommend it?

Also, did you get the clear bra? If so, who did you use and are you happy with it.

I love the white. I am torn between white, GT silver, and GR.

I appreciate your input before I decide to pull the trigger.

BTW my experience with service at Suburban Porsche in Farmington Hills was horrific.

 

Stay away from them! My family had a horrible buying experience with them. E-mail me - I can recommend a another dealer that is top-notch. Clear bra: see Darren or Erik at Sunshade in Troy (1/2 mile from my shop) They will provide you the best Xpel Ultimate and a KILLER perfection installation. You cannot even see the film on my 911 and it is guaranteed 10 years.

I am looking to custom order a 991TT. I don't get a good feeling from the sales people in Ann Arbor where I live. I seem to know a lot more about the cars than them and that does not give me much confidence. The birmingham dealer had a lot of stock and sells a lot, making me think they would have more experience. The google reviews are brutal. Let me know who you recommend. I have been to every dealer in SE MI except motor city. After I buy, I will need a tune shop.....

 

I've had a great experience at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park, north of Chicago, if you're looking regional and not local. They do a ton of internet business and are very competitive price-wise. Nick Kopp is their internet sales man.
