Split the *!@#*ing front splitter
Has anyone had this happen to them?
It's only held together by a bead of adhesive...
Yes I did scuff it, but not anything that IMO should have caused this..

Warranty fix? or my dime??

I've contacted my dealer who wants to take a closer look to help determine if the adhesive may have been defective (as I have suggested).
First thought is it's going to be your dime. Unless it can be placed solely on the adhesive for fault. A dealer is going to see whatever damage you caused and say it caused the issue IMO. If you have a very good relationship with your dealer maybe they will do it under warranty "work" for you. Best of luck and let us know what happens. Interested to see if the adhesive was at fault/defective.
The only way your dealer will be able to do it for you if they cannot justify it to PCNA is to eat the cost. Porsche dealers get reimbursed for parts/labor by PCNA for true warranty issues, and they have to be able to prove it is a warranty item to get reimbursed.
Hopefully it was adhesive failure, but if there is evidence of external damage to the spoiler lip, then I would not get my hopes up.
I just went through a relatively similar matter when the ACC/PAS system stopped working, showing an "ACC/PAS not available" message on the dash. Upon inspection, the round, black, plastic housing that covers the half circle radar unit was missing, and the U shaped frame was just hanging on. It was clear evidence of some type of impact, and as a result I could not get warranty coverage on the thing. My dealer even tried to get warranty coverage for me, but PCNA rejected it.
I had to pay for a new housing, and I had to pay to have the unit realigned ($450). I didn't like it, but I really could not ague with them that there had been some external cause of the issue. I was just lucky that there was no damage anywhere else.

I just want my dealer to have a look-see and determine what's in everyone's best interest moving forward. I've always been a low maintenance customer so we'll see what happens.
If they refuse to cover it I'll DIY with glue and clamps. No biggy!!

Wow, surprised it is that weak. If there are clear scrape marks at that position, it will be hard to justify warranty, but if there are no scrape marks, or there are similar weak scrape marks all over the spoiler, I would say the part is too weak for its original intended use. It is quite obvious there will be scrapes and the spoiler should withstand some scraping. I am also surprised that they didn't cover the acc cover mentioned in another post. If there was no visible damage, it is quite clear IMO that it was poorly assembled and should have been covered by warranty.

The process involved a 4 wheel alignment on a jig of some sort, then placement of targets in front of the car, followed by adjustment of the radar unit to a certain area of contact x feet in front and x feet up/down/left/right of the unit.
This was not just replacing a missing plastic housing. The impact had knocked the actual radar unit out of alignment.
I never use the cruise control anyways, but who wants a continuous error message on their dash?
Sent my dealer the pictures above and now it's on their hoist as they attempt to re-glue where the factory adhesive let go.
No questions, no delay, no push back.
