The name Detailing Dynamics is a bit of a misnomer. The business may have started many years ago in detailing but it is a full-blown custom shop than can do essentially anything you want done to your car. Given the shop's high brand recognition in the New York area I don't see them changing the name.

Can you get a part number on the smoker's kit retrofit?
I checked with my local Porsche dealer and the ashtray is a $245 item (there is another post somewhere on this site indicating it is $240) and it is part number 991.553.263.U1. Some are currently listed on Ebay for between $199 and $240 although the location for each is the same seller in Germany.

I may or may not get one of these. I find myself using the cubby more than I thought!

Looks awesome.

I was quoted $209 + tax for the smoker's retrofit part.

Congratulations. Finally time to enjoy your awesome TTS. You should be very proud of all that was accomplished by you and DD. Car is awesome and better than if you ordered new, or tried working with the Porsche Exclusive team. I'm sure some jealous people may critique, but is your car, not theirs. Many happy miles.

PS: Thanks so much showing the progress and education.

Thanks! There is still more modding to be done -- all performance mods and the clear tails and their brake light. And the ADV005 track spec CS wheels for the spring/summer/fall.

I got most of what I wanted. But not the power folding mirrors. No big in the grand scheme of things.

Thanks so much. I definitely like what they've done to it so far. Looking forward to them finishing the job in February.

Car looks great. Looking for a dealer that performs this quality covering in Chicago. I have the radar system being installed and i'm possibly installing the mirror option. Do you like it and was it usable?
