I just got back from Red List was a good day I didn't have the vip pass so I only got 5 runs in. My GIAC tune car was on point. I ran a 10.19 and backed it up with a 10.20

 

Congrats!! That's without a turbo upgrade/upgraded software I'm sure that will accompany it from GIAC! Really amazing!!

Congratulations! Very fast! What mods do you have other than GIAC tune? Wheels look great are they 20 or 21 inches?

WHAT TIRES?
Are running GIAC stage 2 + or Stage 2 ++

 

Mark has the GIAC Stage 2+ tune (the public release version of the tune -- several of us who got the original batch of Champion ICs had an earlier private and more conservative version of the Stage 2+ tune but we have all been upgraded to the public release version of that tune which is considerably more powerful), Champion intercoolers and GMG catless exhaust and BMC filter. I am sure he was running race and the GIAC race gas map.

Now you all know why I ditched my IPD plenum and went back to the stock plenum. Now my car, other than tires, is set up like Mark's. And I have Tubi catless race exhaust which I am sure sounds a little different than GMG catless but should perform about the same in terms of flow).

Great job Mark, GIAC and Champion. Amazing results for stock turbos and no meth. Had you been at Atco I think your car would have been in the 10.0 range.

 

What tires was he running? My 10.26 on Stage 2 only I was running MSC2 up front and Dunlop Race Max rear.
Interesting I went to PBIR Dragstrip Friday night. and guess what?
Even with MSC2 265/325 set up I could not hook up.
I started at 32psi at all four lowered progressively to 24 psi.
I was breaking loose at launch and in second gear also!!!
Even tried with traction control on.
I could not get my 0 to 60 ' times under 1.7 sec.
10.50 I think was my best time.
But I did post some Trap speeds at 134+
I did not save any time slips! if so they blew out the window yesterday when I was running at PBIR road course, on track the car is running fantastic!
Getting 1min 26 sec lap times now

Sam good talking with you and FYI guys Sam was out at the track all day doing what ever he could to help every one including me some times he had a water bottle at the starting line spraying his guys down and he also sprayed me down 1 time, and then he had air gauge the next run asking if I needed anything. So thanks again Sam

 

Cheers man. I'm seriously over the drama and you're a good guy. So why not?! I felt like a chicken with my head cut off. All of the guys seemed to have a good time even with all of the waiting and no tacos haha. The cars are hauling *** for the track conditions. I think all of the cars can get faster. You have more in your set up too I bet!
