Shift Sector Update
He told me he went 175, we raced at the end of the day and he destroyed me by bus lengths, I sure could use some upgraded TURBOS, the good news is there were probably 12 991 TT . Out there and we destroyed all most everyone. There were 2 times that I had to go by myself because I couldn't get anyone to race
Adams car was running good, he's got a couple go pro runs we did. I hung in there pretty good for half track

Not quite, the 997 did great and did hit 167.7 on Limp Mode according to the Shift Sector timing equip. vBox had:
60-130 6.1 seconds
1/4 mile 139.9
1/2 mile 167.66
So the timing equipment was spot on.
I'm usually almost a full second faster 60-130 on a dedicated run. It was 2,700 DA in the middle of the day yesterday. When I was able to make a decent pass.
Getting a code during runs from something set up in the fuel system (didn't do it on the dyno) and would limp down to stock boost at some point on every run. Sometimes early on so I had to abort. But still managed some ridiculous stats for a factory stock turbo car. I also was asked numerous times if my car has upgraded turbos.
The fuel system is allowing for a lot more top end power and it shows. Final fixes will happen next week ready for April 2nd airstrip events.
Looking forward to that as I'm excited to see how far we can push the factory stock turbos on both the 997.2 and 991 platforms.
Good to see you guys out there Adam and Mark! It's exciting to hear your theory on the 60 to 130. That means Nigel's car will be capable of a 4.7 or even better because he was on stock Michelin with his tage 4! The Ford GT was also a blast to watch and hear. I built a few of those with a similar package and they are animals! One of my favorite cars of all time!
Nigel has more kids than I do so I know he's a busy man today LOL. He made a thread with cool data and pictures!

Just to clarify and answer questions here those interested he ran a best of the day for all classes at 175.6 and we were done for the day. I think there was more in it. We also ran a 174.9 and several 173's. Vincent hit 170+ as well with his Stage 4. There was a request to have our power kit verified for cheating and I got to say that was the best compliment ever. After that we picked up 2 mph! He is running a By Design Stage 4 with 65mm compressor wheels built to my specification inside the small stock OEM factory housing!
Oh and one of Vincent's friends ran 165+ with a stage 2 running a full Kline Inconel exhaust and IPD!
Great day!

lol the fuel system definitely did its job. 139.9 1/4 mile on a car with factory stock turbos is beyond what anything else has done. The fuel system was subject to the ultimate test and there is a bug but nothing that can't be fixed and tested out again April 2 NoFlyZone.

My 991? It did fantastic. I raced all day on pump gas full tank with 2 gallons of E that's it. With just a Stage 1 tune. No race gas whatsoever. No other mods. I out trapped the McLaren 650 by 2mph and put 6 cars on it. Ferrari F12 was a spec in the rear view. 991 PP tune, Catless exhaust y pipe tied it (terrific race) and had my 220 pound brother as a passenger. For what it is, couldn't have asked for more.
Thanks brother. Shouldn't be too much longer that the fuel system is perfected and ready for sale. Any stock turbo 997.2 will able to do this.
