Shift Sector Update
Cool Adam! Yeah I saw some 157's because my eyes were on all the white 991's. But I know your bro was riding with. I was standing there and he ran the 165. I'll see if I can get the slip. You were running 2 miles an hour slower than marks stage 2+ then?
It would be cool if they posted all the results of these events on their site. Or any 1/2 mile sanctioned race like that. Would be nice to have data out there of all cars, platforms, etc. just so you know how cars stack up.
Yeah!!!
I got a 163.0 that's all I had, I was running drag radials though so I was probably down 1 -2 mph or so. I figured I'd get cars off the line and then they would have to work at it to catch me if they were faster. Without any new mods I knew u wasn't gonna be really any faster. Hopefully Champion won't let me down for the next race in 8 weeks

I haven't finished the race gas tune on Vincent's car.
He ran 168mph on pure 91 octane pump + meth.
Once we finish his race gas tune, im sure he will be much faster
Hey bro. The black turbo s PP-Performance car has stage 2 and he trapped 165.xx mph when he put into race maps and put MS109.
So we were both on pump/mix for our head to head race. Seems like everyone gained a few mph by putting race gas. Now i wonder if I would have been able to keep up with it if I put ms109 in my 991 too.
I wanna find the dyno shop of the VF Supercharged green Huracan that trapped 168. I heard it made 800 wheel. My 997.2 barely made 600 and I trapped 167.66 limping. What did Vincent and Nigels car dyno at??
I bet it will!
Havnt been on a dyno in a while...last pull we settled at 670 or so.... We've made a bunch of runs and dialed in the car via data logging and real world track runs.
Hey Mark Thanks yesterday! I actually sat for a while in the driver's tent and had a chance to watch your mid day runs. Your car was looking really strong throughout your runs. You must have hot lapped 3 or 4 times and dominated. Nice chatting with you and your son, always super cool and could tell he had a blast!
Good to see you guys out there Adam and Mark! It's exciting to hear your theory on the 60 to 130. That means Nigel's car will be capable of a 4.7 or even better because he was on stock Michelin with his tage 4! The Ford GT was also a blast to watch and hear. I built a few of those with a similar package and they are animals! One of my favorite cars of all time!
Nigel has more kids than I do so I know he's a busy man today LOL. He made a thread with cool data and pictures!

Just to clarify and answer questions here those interested he ran a best of the day for all classes at 175.6 and we were done for the day. I think there was more in it. We also ran a 174.9 and several 173's. Vincent hit 170+ as well with his Stage 4. There was a request to have our power kit verified for cheating and I got to say that was the best compliment ever. After that we picked up 2 mph! He is running a By Design Stage 4 with 65mm compressor wheels built to my specification inside the small stock OEM factory housing!
Oh and one of Vincent's friends ran 165+ with a stage 2 running a full Kline Inconel exhaust and IPD!
Great day!
