Have my 991.1 Turbo S on the way. White with black/red interior.
As I plan to upgrade the wheels, I'm already agonizing on what color scheme to go with.
I'm currently rolling in a white 996 turbo with champagne gold wheels - I like flashy. I'm leaning towards gold wheels but am struggling with the clash between gold wheels and red seats.
Just bought this car and it came with brushed silver wheels. It works and it's a classy color combo, but it wayyy too vanilla for me. Might refinish these in satin black or buy a set of black 20's.
Regarding your car, IMO the satin gold works as in the example you provided. Exterior and interior are like different rooms in a house and you can have different themes and color combos. And the yellow PCCB calipers tie in the satin gold on the exterior.

I'm with you on that...I had brushed silver wheels on the 996tt and got tired of that look quickly. Needs more contrast on white, IMO.
I a not a fan of the gold or the black.
my preference is for the brushed dark clear.
Here is one example!
That does look really good. That's being highly considered. Brushed dark clear or brushed titanium gives enough contrast, while still showing the wheel details.
I'm with you on the black. Not really a fan. Been there done that.
Gold, I do like however. SO as long as it's a lighter, champagne gold, so it's not too crazy.

It's a polarizing look but I'm the only one that'll have to live with it.

I like this look, I have had a dark bronze and Royal Gold on my white turbo. The dark bronze lost so much of the wheel detail like black does and the Royal Gold really did pop on white. The brushed looks good but is a dialed down look.

I should buy my old wheels back. Sold them to a buddy of mine with a GT3...
