The kit includes that button. Dealer said had to be ordered from the mother ship in Germany. Should arrive next month.

Does it cost more to have it installed later by the dealer than it would to just order it at the time?

Here's the tally on the PSE install for my 991S :
6 hours labor: $750.00
PSE: $2803.98
Switch kit: $198.61
Total: $3553.98
I also had an early oil and filter done which was $185.00, and I was given a discount of $335.50 on parts and labor on the entire work order.
I would not install it without the console switch.

So, if you install without the console switch is it always 'on' full loud?
