His number is 917-602-9761 if anyone is interested.
You might want to consider taking off the factory rear quarter panel guards and replacing them with a larger xpel guard.

You do want larger coverage there. They should be another three inches taller

Xpel Ultimate on my 996TT and 991. AWESOME product and even better warranty! Cannot see the film - both cars wrapped custom over the edges full frontal. (bumper, hood, headlamps, mirrors) Emblems removed for hood treatment.

I am going to have my duck tail done in the clear 3m product, concerned about my car cover and abrasion of the paint without the cover. what can I expect to pay to have a duck-tail done, and is this something I could do myself?

Had my first Porsche done in Greenwich, CT and it was a fantastic, lasting job (about $1000). Had my 991 done locally by a place that has been tinting my windows for years and got a good job , but not great ($850). I hear excellent things about Detailing Dynamics on Long Island and would go there if I had to do it over again. (Expect to pay $1250 to 1500 depending on what you have done)

It appears that all of the better installers in Richmond, VA are using 3M Scotchguard. The closest Xpel Ultimate installer is located in Northern Virginia/DC. My understanding is that the latest generation 3M Scotchguard products are much better than the older versions. The installers that I have spoken to use bulk and wrap the edges, etc. How much of a difference is there between 3M Scotchguard and Xpel Ultimate? My car will be Platinum Silver and I want to do a full front wrap. Thanks.

Cliff at AutoArmour uses Xpel. His #443-226-4303. He just did my P-car. His work is incredible.

I can attest to great work done at Detailing Dynamics. Got my car done there and very happy with results. Did full hood and bumper. No seams anywhere that are visible. Great friendly crew.

Not exactly clear bra related, but how much factory tint comes on the b pillar windows and rear window? Would a 70% 3m crystalline tint on passenger/window and windsheild match the other windows?
