Akrapovic exhaust
There's a used one here on the forum classified for sale that's about $ 3K less than a new one...very nice pipe system, big price tag to buy new. He's in CA so shipping might to the UK will be several hundred.
We have fitted a few of them here. It sounds incredible, and in standard Akrapovic form, it looks/fits even better.
The system is IN STOCK ready to ship. Let us know if you have any questions at all!

I had a 12' TTS fitted with the exhaust. It is as you mentioned expensive when purchased new but I was very happy with it. Not overly loud and ebnoxious but defineitly had a true sports car tone to it. The elimination of the backpressure was nice. On a TTS it is hard to notice any HP or speed gain since the car is so fast to begin with but I am sure it was there. I think the only reason you may not see a lot of them on Porsche Turbos is due to the price. If new by the time you buy it, ship it, tax it and install it you are looking at close to $7K. Also liked the oval exhaust tips and CF surrounds. The fit was perfect. BTW I bought the slip on version. GL with your decision. I hope this helped.

Welcome and nice car BTW

It's deeper and louder then stock, but perhaps by 10%. I have not heard the stock in a long time. No drone at all.
If you hit sport or sport plus it's got great cracks and burbles on the over run. Sounds great for daily use.

It's a monster!!!! It's loud, deep and will wake up your neighbours, lol. The crackles on the overrun will make you giggle every time, especially with sport or sport plus. At the track ppl always comment on how awesome it sounds.
There is some drone with the valves open at highway speeds.
Fit, finish, quality is perfect. This is my third Akra system on various cars.
I have the wireless kit. Having full control over the valves is a must for this exhaust, cause it truly has a dual personality.

Stalker,
Did you hook up the wireless kit to the stock PSE buttons? I thought someone here had retained the use of the PSE button with his Akra exhaust (PertPlus maybe?). Just curious if the wireless kit is needed if you already have PSE and the buttons in place.
