New 991 C2S Cab on the way

This is my first official post.. I just got the call that my 991 C2S Cabriolet has arrived in the US and is in route to the dealership. This is my second P-car, but my first ever custom build. Here's a summary of my build:

Guards Red w/ Black roof
Leather interior in luxor beige (UZ)
Porsche Doppelkupplung PDK (250)
Wheel caps w/ colored Porsche crest (446)
Seat Ventilation (541)
Luggage Net in passenger footwell (581)
Smoking Package (583)
LED Headlights w/ Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus PDLS (602)
Sport Chrono Package (640)
Power Steering Plus (658)
Sport Design Steering Wheel (840)
Adaptive Sport Seats Plus 18-way w/ Memory Package (P07)
Premium Package for Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (P3F)
Burmester Audio (P3K)
Porsche Crest in Headrest (XSC)
Seat Belts in Guards Red (XSX)
Armrest w/ Model Logo (XUV)
Seat Backrest Shells in Leather (XWK)
Dashboard Trim in Leather (CZW)

I've got a smartTOP ready to install, and Opti-Coat 2.0 ready to apply. However, I'd welcome any thoughts on additional accessories or modifications that I should be considering.

Cheers!

Sweet sweet build. Please post pics when you've got 'em. Also, you'll love the SmartTop (if not the contortions to install it....)

The sport exhaust became a negotiating point with my wife. Years ago I had an M3 with a Dinan exhaust system and she refused to ride in it (too loud, etc.). I figured that i could always go aftermarket once she got used to the car.

Clear LED side markers from Suncoast?

Doing PPF (paint protection film)?

The rubber all season mats are nice too, even without driving it all season! Personal preference though.

Nice license plate frame and key chain?

The factory sport exhaust would have been the quietest compared to aftermarket options. If she doesn't like loud, aftermarket is a tough sell plus more expensive than the factory sport exhaust.

Did you test drive one with it? Curious

Great suggestions STG958. I'll definitely look into some of those ideas! I never looked into the sports exhaust option, or test drove a car that had it. Once the wife started to raise objections I kind of wrote off that option. Honestly I'll probably just keep the stock exhaust.

The stock is fine too. You just scared her off with that old BMW which was probably quite loud.

I'm not a fan of hear you coming down the street from two blocks away which is what some aftermarket options are. The factory PSE is a great middle ground. You'll be happy with the stock as well.

Share pics down the line! Congrats.

Great looking spec! The red belts will add the perfect amount of contrast with the luxor beige.

Some suggestions we have would be the OEM clear LED side markers, such a great addition to an already beautiful 991.

The PSE is very subtle under normal driving conditions but becomes an animal when you want it to. It's got such a great tone higher up in the rev range and pops and burbles on the overrun when pushing it hard. It's got more grunt than the standard exhaust but not nearly as loud as some of the aftermarket options. We think you'll both be happy with it

Congrats on the build and let us know if we can help!
