did you have the problem on both plastic covers ? and both seats.. the driver seat I was able to fix it .. the passenger I can't, I'll let the stealer fix it.. they didn't mess with your seats?

Of course they had to order the part because it wasn't on hand. However the fix did not cause any issues with my seats.

dealer doesn't want to replace the part " because I over extended the seat" and PCNA told me they can't do anything about it.. this sounds F... ridiculous, I can't believe, that they give such a hard time when in nov and january bought two brand new Cayennes from them.

Great customer service once again. How pathetic!

What a bunch of cheap asses. It really pisses me off that dealers and PCNA are that clueless.

I really think there is some sort of arrogance going on here on their part. I get it at the dealer too.

Love the cars, but not dealing with the stealerships and serviceasses.

I'd expect more from a Hyundai dealership.

Sorry for the rant! These things **** me off.

Just went though the whole painful process of buying a pre owned car from a dealer. I only like visiting dealers after close and looking at cars on the lot! The best time to go there unless you have a problem of course.

It's too bad. But no excuse when you're buying 100K+ cars!! Fast food restaurants go out of their way more when there's an issue.

That's why I have no loyalty to any dealer. Parts? Whoever is cheapest. Usually order from two dealers who do tons of online sales.

The local dealers are rip offs

That's nuts. My dealer looked at it, said 'that's odd', then told me they would order it. No other discussion about it. Maybe u could try another dealer?? But I agree it shouldn't be this hard. What does 'over extend the seat' actually mean anyway??
