what you guys do when you have some oil in your engine
Hello everyone,
what would you guys do, if you eye spot some oil near your A/C compressor.. but dealer tells you if its not dripping it can't be covered but you do actually have some oil around the area forming a coat.
btw, a Tech told me that they have been instructed not to do anything if its not dripping, great warranty from Porsche..

They all are advice by the same idiot Regional Rep and Porsche, all local dealers, To not touch anything if you don't have any leak in to the bottom
Clearly some oil building up, confirmed by the tech but he told me his words, that Porsche won't pay the dealer if they replaced something and nothing can be done if you don't have a drip on the floor

Ridiculous. I had a similar issue with my 2013 C2S and the tire sensors. The Front/Left sensor was faulty and would fluctuate between 15psi and 40psi at any given minute. After three (3) trips to the dealer, the SA confirmed that PCNA wasn't going to allow them to change it because their internal testers could not confirm an issue with the unit itself.
I've had this happen a few times when I've brought up issues (potential issues, theoretical issues, etc.) when saying something to my SA. Their approach to everything is that, sadly, Porsche will not allow a change under warranty unless the part is already broken and/or has obviously failed (not failing, but failed).

I've been thinking of having my rough idle checked at Indi shop, since I keep getting the same BS normal operation as others, btw not true tech did a test on a similar car and idle was perfect not like mine but again Porsche policy.
I asked why the formation of oil from the A/C comp.. The Tech And S.A told me that its normal operation and some leakage its to be expected ? s:
