I have a 2017 991,2 911s When I turn the chrono **** the wing does not operate. If I push the wing button the wing will function. Also if I set up the individual mode with wing up the wing will go up. Is there a way a reset can be done to get wing to work in sport n sport plus

It's operating as designed. Will not move just because you change default drive modes.

Your user manual will explain under what conditions and speeds the rear spoiler extends and retracts.
A lot of good information in there.
However, your mode selection is certainly not a factor.

You can have the spoiler default to up when in individual mode. Otherwise its speed dependent. You still have to set this in individual mode first.

I also countered the same problem but my spoiler wing was hung at a point all the time and didn't go up due to some odd reason. I checked the user manual and tried doing DIY tweaks to see if it starts working but nothing worked out for me. I then took it to the nearest Quick Fit's Porsche Service Dubai Workshop and they repaired the fault for me in no time. The surprising factor was their affordability. They really did an amazing job!
