Pristine 993 Value???
Hello everyone, I have a chance to purchase a local 993 Turbo, 1997, said to have several options and known in town to be in absolute "pristine" condition with only 13000 miles on the clock. It's a 2 owner car, all service up to date, passes inspection and also body is in perfect condition. Car has new rubber, new brakes and is bone stock.
What would you pay for this car? What would be a fair offer and also do you still think future values are positive for the 993 Turbo?
I currently have a 996 GT3, and I love it. But the 993 is such a rare beauty.
Thank you

I would say about 85 to 90K. Last year, I sold a stock 16K mile TT for 85K. Think could have gotten more, but had an excellent buyer and didn't want to deal with tire kickers, or potential buyers that burned time unnecessarily.
Of course color is important for the value too. Mine was polar silver with blue interior. Most buyers wanted black to negotiate, but to me, blue was perfect with the blue tint of polar silver.

My guess is the car is still available cuz in the current economic environment very few GT3 drivers would drop $90k on a garage queen. That pcar will prolly be best sold to a collector through one of the big auction houses like Barrett Jackson...
