Vivid air intake polished
Vivid air intake polished
Some people laughed with the big weldings on my vivid intake (other forum) so I had do to something about it.I made 2 new aluminium pieces, cut a hole in it and polished them,in real it looks better then in the picture.Do you think it's better looking instead the black ones?

Dixie,
That looks great....the welds didn't appeal to me either. Did you grind the welds flush and place a flat-polished plate on top?
I need to relocate the cutout on my right box so it aligns with
the decklid duct...so I am gonna steal your idea. Well done. Did your Silicon grow?

I did grind the welds flush and place a flat-polished plate on top to make it look good,to align the box with the decklid duct I had to raise the metal box almost 1 inch at the top and almost1/2 inch at the back, does it make more power,I'm not sure but it's certainly not worse than OEM box.
The exhaust you can see in the second picture is the special europipe which they don't make anymore ( to much work I believe to make it),lucky for me that I had to test 3 exhaust for europipe and that I could buy this special one..I only live 20 miles away from the guys from europipe and I know they are expensive but if you could see the time they spend on making one exhaust you could understand why they cost a little bit more..Never seen 2 guys who are so full of passion to make a perfect product..

Couple quick notes.
The intake is Agency Power, www.agency-power.com. Vivid Racing does not make anything.
The welds on the box could improve, that is being worked on. Thank you for the feedback
Dixie I see you you got the longer silicone hose! I think your intake looks great!
