Cary very, very true.BTW... Your parts as usual are doing the business

Now back to the Nurburgring 24hr
Guys
Robert is an avid fan of Porsche, a good friend of Cary Eisenlohr, and a devout fanatic to the creation of the trickest parts for Porsche and other performance applications. I need to take a moment and say that Cary Eisenlohr is one of the smartest race engineers I have ever met, one of the nicest and kindest people I know, and has given hundreds of hours towards the creation of this beast. He is behind 90% of the ideas and engineering that is behind the car.
This car is not about money or ego, but rather it is a tribute to all of us in the Porsche community that love the brand for what it is and just want to see how far we can go with an already fine automobile. I thank all of you for your support in building this car and I look forward to my next project...as a preview, can you imagine a Cayman with four electric hub motors providing 940 ft/lbs of torque all controlled from a central brain. If you cannot...stay tuned for the next thread, "1badcayman"!!! I will post "1badgt2" in final form in a few days.

You little devil you! So you and Robert were just having a little fun. Do you still have my hubs/parts? I think you have only been waiting for me for to finish my motor for three plus years now so you can install them.
I guess this was payback.
I am hoping to have the car to you this summer.
Thanks Craig but, don't give me too much credit.. When you first called me on this project you had a pretty darn good image of what you wanted and I think this car represents that image pretty well... I think many people on this thread would agree you've built a very special combination of what most of us would like to do or try to do but, can't always write the check for so, it is such a treat to see it come to life in front of our eyes. As many people have repeatedly said on this thread ... this thing is jaw dropping amazing... Some have commented that it's over the top ... I don't think anyone will argue that but, every aspect of this car was carefully thought out and well exicuted. So, like it or not, it's hard to look at and not smile... at least a little. I can also tell you from being around this car in real life that none of the pictures do it justice. We need to find some that wants this car in their booth at SEMA this year so more people can see it live. Any Takers???? it would be awesome
Chad.... gotcha
Didn't mean to but, I guess this was the result of two guys that don't drink, trying to crack each other up on a Friday night. I was telling Bob there wasn't much this car didn't have and he responded there are lots ..... including a ti torque converter... Ok see.. it's pretty funny when you think about it ... because he ACTUALLY had one! When you think you've thought of everything....you haven't talked to Bob yet. So, to answer your question Chad YES I still have all your parts sitting here but, you better hurry up because Bob and I could be talking about more things to do to your car before it gets here!

Update pics of the car with the rear profile complete. We are 2 days from a full dyno test. I will post results as soon as possible. We will be mapping for pump and race gas. It will be interesting to see the results.
I have also include a pic of the HRE C90 centerlocks I recently ordered to run on the street. Fitment is as follows:
Front- 19 x 9.5 with 265/30-19 Pirelli Pzero Rosso
Rear- 19 x 12.5 with 355/25-19 Pirelli Pzero Rosso
Centers are powder coated with HRE satin charcoal. Barrels will be polished and clear coated.
Should be a great set-up and look fantastic.
