Sorry. In another thread, before I learned how to attach a picture, I asked what others thought of this color -- a special metallic Porsche is offering for free on the Turbo S. I like it, and I'm thinking about ordering one.

Tough picture to tell, natural light is the best, it definitely wont be like most you come across.

Yeah, I agree, it's a little hard to tell from this picture. I think I'll head over to the dealer this weekend and see if they have some better shots.

From this photo, it is very difficult to judge actual color. It looks just a bit darker than my RainForest Green Boxster S (actually, former Boxster S). Nice color.

Thumbs up

It is hard to tell from that pic. However, it is one of my all time favorite combinations.

Time to put some life into a long dead thread. Does anyone know of any Turbo S that was ordered in this color and where they are? A Turbo S in Dark Olive Metallic with a black interior is my dream 996.

PS: I found one on ebay in the UK that's setup pretty ugly with black wheels and a tan interior with carbon fiber.

Can't help you but I test drove an olive green turboS back in 2007.. it was on X73 and had olive green painted turbo twists.... stunning to look at and definitely one of the most special colours I've seen on a 911.
