I have a slow air leak in my right front on the new tires I just got. Plus... should the air pressures be any different on 19" tires... or is 36/44 still corrrect?

36/44 is still correct for 19's

The easiest way to find the leak is to submerge half of the wheel and tire assembly in a tub of water spinning it slowly until you find the leak

Or save taking the wheel off and try a spray bottle with soapy water. The soap will bubble at the souce. Good luck.

both sets of 19s I bought had leaks in the wheels vs. in the tires.

Did the soapy water trick and found nothing. I will be taking the wheel and tire assembly to a tire shop today to get it dunk tested. IF it is the wheel, what are my options?

Just checked the pressures this morning and everything is stable... WTF? I guess I will just keep my eyes on it. I did get it lowered to GT2 specs yeterday so maybe the jostling around fixed the problem??? CRAZY!

Did you ever read KPV's write up on running PSS9's at GT2 specs or lower?

Aren't the AVUS wheels a 3 piece design? Perhaps you have a slow leak from where the rim halves come together. If thats the case than AVUS should fix the wheel under warranty. Do keep an eye on it.

I think it was a valve core issue. I am checking twice daily for any changes but the tire in question did have a slightly loose core which I fixed this morning. I think the leak was contained by a very tight valve cap.
