It is a new sub-compact 911, just needs a little paint work. Haah!
I guess it is all in the name of art expression. I don't think it was a brand new car, it was either an engineering test model or maybe it had flood damage. The car must have had the liquids drained before the sub-sizing occured, otherwise there would have been oil everywhere.

doesn't matter how bad the flood damage was, a hair dryer and some time could have saved it from being a block of sheet metal!
