Hello there...About 2 months ago,I decided to leave my k16/24 setup and go for the k24/18g setup in order to get the maximum from an internal stock engine...In order to do so I mailed all vendors and others that sell products for 996TT.The response time of Vivid racing was the best...i was about to buy from Dan when received a reply from another store same products at a better price.I told Dan about the better price and he matched it in order to make the sell.I shoped from Greece,Europe with a credit card so I was not in position to check what Dan was about to send out...When products arrived I has happy to see that everything was shipped,as agreed...The parts were ok and I installed them myself...The outcome is that Dan is a person you can trust to buy parts...He will send you the exact parts you ordered and not any other convenient part for him...(as other tuners suggested me)So in the future I will order again from him...Also i would like to mention that i do not know Dan,or anybody else here,i just thought it would be better if customers talk instead of Vendors so I decided to share my experience...

 

So far I have had very good experience with Dan as well. Some of his staff/new hire(?) needs to get up to speed on things and make sure things are ok before they are shipped out (esp to somewhere 8000 miles away like where I am!), but what's good about Dan is he will always make it right at the end.

 

Dan Dan Dan isn't he Great ;P Yesterday day i contacted him for the AP air intake and the Softronic Flash for my 996tt and he gave me the Perfect Price so i added on the silicone boost hoses with the perfect all in all DEAL! so we closed the deal yesterday and my stuff should be shipped soon ;D and about how fast vivid racing respond to your email its true they are the fastest i ordered other stuff from other vendors and some of them didn't even bother to reply others replayed the day after ;S AM sure for any future business am gonna contact DAN .....

Getting great deals on parts is only part of Dan's resume.

He is also actively working on ending Global warming, War in the Middle East, and famine/disease in Africa.

 

 

I have had great success with my stage III+ suspension kit from Dan (front AND rear sways, links, control arms, JIC 8/12's).

He is one of several very responsive vendors in this market.

I couldn't agree with you guys more. Dan has been a pleasure to work with, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. He responds to emails VERY quickly, and answers the phone HIMSELF, instead of a receptionist.

Before I had bought anything from him, I was a bit skeptical, due to things I had heard here on 6speed. I'm glad I took a chance and gave him a shot. For me, the pricing wasn't main reason I chose Vivid (although it really helped), it was Dan's customer service that won me over. I did have a small issue with one part, and Dan took it back, no questions asked, and issued me a full refund. Not everyone would do that.

Keep up the good work, Dan!!

Plus One. I have spent very little money with him but he's been more than open with his advice and willingness to discuss upgrades/mods. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

To contrast, I had another vendor (non-sponsor) get upset with me b/c I asked him a braking question and hadn't ever purchased anything from him!? I was planning on it but after that experience, I'll take my business elsewhere thanks.


I'd like to also add that I do all of my installs and a lot of parts shopping from AutoTalent in West LA. Sam, Simon, Danny, Zolti and the rest of the boys are great guys and always take great care of me!!!!
